L-Shaped Modular Kitchen
The L-shaped kitchen utilizes two adjacent perpendicular walls, creating a natural work triangle and freeing up open floor area for a dining table or breakfast counter. It is Chennai's most requested modular configuration for 2BHK and 3BHK residences.

- • Primary Run: 10ft to 14ft (houses hob, chimney & pantry).
- • Secondary Run: 8ft to 10ft (houses sink, prep counter & RO).
- • Counter Depth: Standard 600mm (24 inches) with 18mm Quartz stone.
- • Countertop Height: 850mm - 880mm ergonomically fitted to homeowner height.
- • Backsplash Height: 600mm (24 inches) between counter and wall cabinets.

The 90-degree internal corner is notorious for dark, unreachable storage. We eliminate this with German hardware:

- ✕Both adjacent walls must have clear plumbing and electrical duct points.
