Standard modular wardrobes, storage credenzas, and vanity units ordered via Zarah Home Interior are precision-finished, packed in protective bubble-wrap crates, and delivered within 7 to 14 business days.
Turnkey Modular Interiors
Full 2BHK/3BHK interiors and bespoke kitchens are manufactured up to 90% in our factory. Carcasses and shutters arrive ready for modular levelling, achieving guaranteed handover within 30 to 45 business days.

- Damage caused by unrectified plumbing seepage, damp external building masonry, or chemical spills.
- Normal fabric abrasion, natural wrinkling, and cosmetic wear of upholstery beyond 12 months.
- Alterations, dismantling, or repairs executed by third-party technicians not authorized by Zarah Home Interior.
3. Order Modification, Cancellation & Returns

Catalog Furniture Cancellation & Damage Policy
- • 24-Hour Grace Period: Cancel your furniture order within 24 hours of placement for a 100% full refund to original payment source.
- • Post-Production Policy: Because units are factory-sized to your selected finish and dimensions, cancellations requested after 24 hours incur a 15% material restocking fee.
- • Transit Chip / Scratch Replacement: If any edge band, mirror, or hardware fitting arrives chipped, our assembly technicians document it on the spot and provide free factory replacement within 48 to 72 hours.
Turnkey Interior Project Agreement Milestones
- • Design Advance Refund: The initial booking token (₹25,000) is 100% refundable within 7 days of site measurement if you decide not to proceed prior to 3D design finalization.
- • Factory Production Stage: Once 3D drawings and BOQ are signed and plywood boards are cut via CNC machinery, payments are pegged to physical milestones (Carcass Ready, Shutter Lamination, Handover).
- • Dedicated Grievance Escalation: Dedicated interior architects inspect your site every week during fitting. Any deviation from the approved 3D renders is re-engineered at zero customer cost.
