The Golden Triangle Principle: Sink, Hob & Refrigerator
Originated by architectural ergonomists, the Kitchen Work Triangle dictates that the three primary activity hubs — the Preparation Zone (Sink), the Cooking Zone (Hob), and the Storage Zone (Refrigerator) — must form an unimpeded triangle.
